Who can use Create Spot

You must be 18 or older to make an account or buy anything from us.

The apps

The Create Spot apps are free. They run on your own computers, and your notebook stays on them. You are in charge of your notebook and of backing it up. We can't see it, so we can't get it back for you.

Answers from the AI

The local AI answers from your own pages. It can be wrong. Check anything important, like health, money or legal matters, with a person who knows.

Paid extras

Kits, guided setup, the care plan and texting are paid. Prices are shown before you pay. You can cancel a monthly extra at any time from your account page. It stops at the end of the month you paid for.

Your account

Keep your sign-in safe. You can delete your account at any time. That deletes what this website keeps about you. It never touches your notebook.

Fair use

Don't use Create Spot or this website to break the law, to harm others, or to attack our systems.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and email account holders about big changes.
